You look great girls...and so young!

Oh, Dee-- DO shut up about the 'young' thing.

You know it resides in the heart and mind more than it does in the fleshie... at least it does in MY world.

I think I like your world...I visit now and again...

p.s. today I have been married for 25 years....tonight we drink champagne with the kids and I am going to try my wedding dress on later - just to see if it still fits!

HAPPY ANNIVERSARY!!!

I want pics of the celebratory dress-trying-on ritual. Fit or no fit.

Oh, and feel free to visit "our world" any time. Better yet, come visit our world FOR REAL. We'll ply you with champagne and take pictures of all of us lounging by the pool in pseudo 'bi-curious' poses while the Ukranian neighbors pretend not to notice.

HaHaaa! Life can be nice. You know, Darren didn't like the pic of me squinting in the sun... he says I look "angry".

Not my fault I don't possess PERMI-SMILE... it's the German in me (Sig Heil! or whatever)...

HAPPY ANNIVERSARY, DEIRDRE! I'm ditto on the lust for pictures, and most definitely would love for you to visit us here in the States of Confoundery. As I write this, you've already celebrated... and I do hope it was everything you expected, and more.

25 years-- what's the token for that... silver?
Did you get silver? Did you get the hubby a silver napkin-ring (doubles as c*ck-ring!)?

Teeheee! I am the Dirty One...

You see people the lesson in life is that you cannot make plans...we have spent most of the last 3 days in the hospital with my mom...she is now at home ...and we have had no champagne/dress trying on etc.,so we are looking forward to the weekend..maybe we will catch some time then...if I find my dress in the garage I WILL try it on! And visiting you people is on my list of 'things I would like to do in the future'..but its a scary thought isnt it? We might not even like the sight/smell of each other!! And 25 years is silver.. so thanks for the good wishes ..

I know first hand about hospitals and moms. At least this week.

How is your mom doing? Mine's on the mend.

And I'm finally home. The computer I was using all week wouldn't let me post any messages, so sorry if I seemed deaf and dumb to your posts. I was merely mute.

Glad to hear your moms ok...mine is fine but until her medications are sorted out and she can keep food down and she isnt depressed then its same old same old for the forseeable future.....Ohhhhhh sorry for the rant but I just had to let the fizz out of the bottle...

Is Jasper back home yet? did he have a good time? and did you enjoy your first taste of life without your baby?

First off, let all the fizz out you need to...and then drink that mofo up!!

Jasper gets home in about 12 hours. Which means I ought to get to sleep--went out with Brian this evening and had a really nice time--our long midnight walk seemed to wake me up more than I'd expected it would, so here I am, almost 5 a.m. and still going.

Been gone ALL WEEK from my home (up taking care of/driving my family to all their doctors and lawyers appointments, etc.) so I didn't really get a taste of being without my baby--just sorta felt like he was home with his daddy all week or something.

Ah, I hear the morning birds now--must try for some sleep before mah baby bounds in full of stories and hopefully not too many wood ticks on him...grrr, the obligatory tick inspection...not a particular favorite of mine. Leeches kinda suck too (hee hee!!)

wish me pleasant morning dreams, y'all.
