This post--the pics reminded me of a P.J. Harvey video, hence the title and an excerpt of the lyrics.
Obsession--it's her Calvin Klein model shot. There used to be a commercial for the perfume with the tag line 'Ah...the smell of it'. In actuality, this was her "I'm scared" shot, cuz that light in the background is some sort of shore patrol boat/beachcrawling behemoth coming our way to yell at us to get the hell out of there.
Promise--I just wanted to put up pretty pictures of my her and I thought these were pretty. Plus the moon was gorgeous over Lake Michigan.
Little fish. Big fish. Swimming in the water.

I don't get it. I'm a little creeped out, for some reason, but I just don't think I 'get it'.
Obsession is a little scary, too. Promise is a little more comforting. She looks a little more friendly/seductive.
